Giacomo Puccini
Signed Postcard from La Boheme
Quaint and colorful vintage Italian postcard depicting a scene from Act II of the opera La Bohème, signed in ink by the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. In superb condition, measuring 3.5″ x 5.5″ featuring period pictorial designs on both sides.
Featured on the postcard is the delightful Parisian scene from Act II of Puccini’s opera. As the men and Mimì dine at the Café Momus, Musetta, formerly Marcello’s sweetheart, arrives with her rich (and elderly) government minister admirer, Alcindoro, as depicted in the foreground.
