Here, from Julia Child and Simone Beck, is the smash sequel to the 1961 cooking classic, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, a culinary phenomenon that has inspired a whole American generation to new standards of taste and artistry in French cuisine. This copy, an early ninth printing, has been signed by both Julia Child and her husband Paul, who illustrated recipes throughout the book. In very good+ condition, with good dust jacket.
